1. We operate a live booking system with real time availability. We endeavour to check the website on a daily basis.

  2. A non-returnable deposit of one-third of the total rent is payable on booking. With the loss of many high street bank branches, depositing cheques is becoming much more problematic. We will accept deposits and balances by electronic bank payment. Details: HSBC Bank, Sort Code: 40-08-02. Account No: 81082507. Account Name: Thomas and Evans. Please advise by e-mail if paying by this method. We will of course accept cheque payments for deposits and balances due by at least 7 working days before the start of your holiday. Cheques should be made payable to Nest Evans. Alternatively we can accept the balance by cash or credit card on the day of arrival.  Please note your credit card statement will show the supplier as Compton Cymru Cyf – an associate company.

  3. We will hold a provisional booking for a maximum of seven days pending receipt of booking form and deposit.

  4. Should you need to cancel we must have this by letter. You are liable for the full balance of rental but we shall make every endeavour to re-let. We strongly advise that you arrange insurance cover against this eventuality. In any event the deposit is non-refundable.

  5. Maglona is let and furnished for the maximum number of people specified – 6 Adults and 2 Children.

  6. Maglona is available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. This is to allow the property to be properly cleaned and prepared.

  7. The person making the booking is fully responsible for any loss or damage to the property or its contents. All bookings are accepted on the basis that the property is left in the same state of repair and cleanliness as presented at the start of the holiday.

  8. As supporters of sustainable tourism we welcome a reasonable amount of cycling, fishing and walking gear. These can be stored in the utility room that can be accessed from the rear of the property. All such property is stored at owner’s risk.

  9. All heating and lighting costs are included in the rental. The property is fully central heated. Logs for the wood burning stove in the dining room will be provided in season.

  10. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the house, smoking is allowed in the garden.

  11. We regret that no pets are allowed on the property.

  12. All beds are provided with linen. Should you require a mid-week change for any reason a charge of £5 per person is made. Towels are provided for each person.

  13. The property owners or representatives shall be allowed access at any reasonable time.

  14. Please ensure that the property is completely suitable for your needs. Please refer to the access statement for detailed information on the property.

  15. On arrival, one of the owners or representatives will meet you to hand over two sets of keys for the property.
